Account deletion

You can delete your TidalAI account at any time. Deletion removes your login credentials, push tokens, profile data, and (if you are the sole owner of your organization) the organization's leads, quotes, jobs, and invoices.

From the mobile app (recommended)

  1. Open TidalAI Admin (or TidalAI Crew) on your device
  2. Tap Profile in the bottom tab bar
  3. Scroll to Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm by typing DELETE when prompted

Your session is invalidated immediately. Account-level data is purged within 30 days. Tax and transaction records are retained 7 years to comply with Canadian law.

By email (if you've already lost access)

Email hello@tidalai.net from the address on the account with the subject Account deletion request. We verify ownership before processing.

Push notification troubleshooting

  • Check that notifications are enabled in iOS / Android system settings for the app
  • In-app: Profile → Notifications → ensure category toggles aren't muted
  • Sign out and back in to re-register the push token
  • If still not receiving, email us with your account email and we'll re-issue a token

Universal Links / App Links not opening

If a https://tidalai.net/a/... link opens in Safari/Chrome instead of the admin app:

  • iOS: long-press the link → Open in TidalAI Admin. If absent, the app association hasn't synced — reinstall the app.
  • Android: Settings → Apps → TidalAI Admin → Open by defaultOpen supported links

Billing & subscriptions

Plans are managed via the web admin at tidalai.net/crm/billing. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
